Prior to founding Effective Options LLC in 2004, Wendy worked in the public sector in customer service organizations for over 26 years with the last 15 years in Director level positions.She has served in leadership positions in several local, state and national organizations.
Wendy certified as an Influencing Options trainer in 2000 after using the skills in her organizations successfully for the previous fifteen years. She received a BS from University of Nebraska and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and Society for Human Resource Management.
Wendy believes in the importance of options, choosing options based on one's values, and the incredible impact of our behavior on our relationships in life.
